Recipe: Pink Dream smoothie

As my fruit basket is bare and in need of stocking up, I made a smoothie for breakfast from theĀ frozen fruit I keepĀ in the freezer for times like this. That way I can just stick everything in the blender and drink. So today’s breakfast consists of:

Pink Dream

  • Quarter chunk of fresh pineapple
  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • Handful frozen banana
  • 4 frozen raspberries (feel free to go crazy and add a few more!)
  • A teaspoon maca
  • 7 Apricot kernels
