Recipe: Smoothie – Passion Smoochie

For those of you that have had a heavy weekend and are dreading having to drag yourself out of bed tomorrow morning for, dare i say it, work..here’s a little pick me up…

I made this smoothie the other day and it was delicious!

Monday Motivation

  • 1 banana
  • 1 passion fruit
  • handful frozen strawberries
  • a drop freshly squeezed apple juice
  • 3 ice cubes

(I also added a teaspoon of lucuma to this which you may never have heard of. It’s one of the superfoods I incorporate into my daily diet to give me a healthy natural boost. I’ll do a separate blog on superfoods so you can get an idea of what other great things you can be adding to your diet. Don’t worry if you don’t have thisĀ – it isn’t integral to the recipe.)

Blend and drink while getting dressed, doing your makeup and hair and trying not to be late for work..yet again! x
