Hello world!

by Polly N on August 2, 2010

Hello World indeed!

This is my brand spanking official Polly Noble blog! I know I already have one (www.superselfacademy.com/blog) BUT I wanted to create something more personal where I can really write as me so anyone reading this knows this is what I have to say about x,y and z. And anyone that knows me knows that I have a LOT to say! But my hope is that I don’t just talk inane drivel but the thoughts, insights and nuggets of research and info that I constantly come into contact with, use in my coaching and in my everyday life for my own personal use will be of benefit to anyone reading.

I have a lot of different interests such as health, spirituality, photography, yoga, astrology etc so I hope this site will soon be bursting full of info and interesting reads for you!!

Thank you for reading and welcome to my blog!!

Am interested to read your articles as have suffered Chronic Fatigue , Pelvic Pain Syndrome and had health issues for 30+ years. Try most things. Listening to Paul McKenna at the moment and Tapping. I think your website is a great way of encouraging others. Keep up the good work.

Love Wendy

Hi Wendy

Im sorry to hear you have been suffering for so long with these problems. From the research I have done, it seems that Pelvic Pain Syndrome is poorly understood and fatigue can be a side effect of this. Inflammation is thought to be a factor so I would recommend foods that are anti-inflammatory and diuretic which help your body to get rid of any toxin build up.
Foods such as garlic, ginger and turmeric are extremely anti-inflammatory while pineapple is linked to a reduction of inflammation in arthritis and other inflammatory disorders.
Celery, cucumber and watercress are very cleansing diuretics so I would recommend increasing your intake of these along with the following foods for chronic fatigue:

Necatarines
Broccoli
Kale
Spinach
Watercress
Parsley
Bananas
Berries
The pelvic pain syndrome might be caused by an excess of acidity in your body so I would recommend adopting an alkaline based diet. I will do a blog on this soon so do keep an eye out. Green foods such as the list above will help to alkalise your body and boost your energy. Sprouts such as alfalfa, broccoli and lentil are also great for boosting energy.

I hope that helps Wendy. I wish you the very best health for the future and thank you for getting in touch,
Light and Love
Polly x

Thank you Polly for taking the time out to reply to me with all the helpful tips. I have a reasonable diet but am looking much more closely at what I eat now so thank you again.

Regards Wendy
