Recipe: Proccoli Juice

It is well documented that broccoli is a potent anti-oxidant which has been proven to protect against cancer. It is loaded with more Vitamin C than oranges (pound for pound) and is something we should all be consuming as much as possible, especially if we are healing from cancer.


To get as many nutrients from broccoli as possible, it is best to eat it in it’s raw form however this can be overwhelmingly unappealing for some meaning that they avoid eating it all together. The solution? Juice it!!

Yes you can juice broccoli and no you don’t have to hold your nose while you drink it! Try this juice below and see for yourself!

As I mentioned in this More Raw article, broccoli is infact a flower and resonates energetically at 300MHz!! Just to give you something to compare it to; the body starts to become diseased if it’s cells are resonating below 50MHz and a cancer cell resonates between 0 and 30MHz! So to say that broccoli is good for us really is an understatement!


  • 5 spears raw broccoli
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Handful parsley
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 pears
  • 1 lime, peeled

Just tried the Proccoli Juice and it’s great! I didn’t have any celery so did it without and it’s still good. Finally, a way of eating a whole broccoli while it’s still fresh!
