Recipe: Orange Shine Juice

by Polly N on September 8, 2010

Apart from making delicious crisps, sweet potato can actually be juiced! It’s full of betacarotene – an antioxidant  that can help fight cancer.

  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 shot wheatgrass (optional)

Your juice won’t have the green bits in it if you choose to omit the wheatgrass. I decided to add a shot of the green stuff to give me an extra boost of goodness!
