- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple
- 2 carrots
- 1 shot wheatgrass (optional)
Your juice won’t have the green bits in it if you choose to omit the wheatgrass. I decided to add a shot of the green stuff to give me an extra boost of goodness!
