Recipe: Purple Papaya Smoothie

This is a picture of my what I had for breakfast yesterday. (The below recipe actually makes about half a pint in total but it just looked prettier in the smaller glass! Artistic integrity an’ all that..!)

In a blender, mix:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 papaya
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup black grapes
  • 4 ice cubes

I also added the below superfoods as I like to get a few in everyday to boost my immune system. The smoothie works wonderfully with and without them so don’t feel like you can’t make this if you don’t have the below ingredients.

Absolutely love the color. The pomegranate and black grapes give it such a nice purple tint.
