Food Journal – Thursday 24th February

Here’s another recent food journal – all raw¬†– all vegan.

2 pints water with freshly squeezed lemon

Green juice – courgette, kale, cucumber, celery, lemon

Breakfast – chia seed, brazil nut milk, gojis, blueberries (my favourite way to start the day!)

Green salad; rocket leaves (arugula), avocado, baby tomatoes, spring onion, red pepper with my Walnut Hemp Dressing.

A chunk of Polly’s Fruit and Nut Slice

Green juice; cucumber, celery, lime, broccoli

Handful dried mulberries

Handful cheesy kale crisps

“Fried” courgettes and tabouleh with creamy tahini dressing (recipe will be in next ebook coming soon!)
