All Raw – All Vegan

Green juice – celery, lime, cucumber

Breakfast – chia seed, almond milk, blueberries, pear, bee pollen, goji berries

Mint Dream green smoothie left over from yesterday – added in dulse (seaweed), apricot kernels (cancer cell cyanide), camu camu (Vitamin C injection), chlorella (blue-green algae that boosts immune-system amongst other things), purple corn extract, stevia

Sprout salad with Pecan Orange dressing (recipe will be in my next ebook)

2 bites of Chocolate pancake – cacao butter, carob powder, stevia, gojis, mulberries, apricot kernels

1 cup of Chocolatea from the fab company Tea4Life. You can read my article about their green tea here.

Pad Thai – I will be demonstrating this at my next raw food class on April 9th

Green Juice – half a litre of carrot, apple, broccoli, ginger

1 pear

Pancakes with hazelnut ice-cream and caramel sauce
