Food Journal – Saturday 26th February

All Vegan – All Raw

Green juice – celery, cucumber, lemon, broccoli

Breakfast – chia seed, sweet vanilla almond milk, gojis, bee pollen, raspberries

Lunch – I was pottering about in the kitchen all day before popping over to my friend’s house so I didn’t sit down to eat. I threw some avocados in the food processor with some baby tomatoes that needed eating, a pinch of ground coriander and some raisins. A strange combo but it kind of worked. Spooned this onto some romaine lettuce leaves, rolled them up and ate with my hands.

Green Smoothie – pear, spinach, celery, basil (recipe will be in my next ebook)

Banana crepe with chocolate spread (recipe for Pancakes here)

Green juice – celery, apple, kale, lime, chlorella

LOTS OF WATER
