What would change my life? As a 44yo mother of 4, more time would be life changing! I’ve just begun my raw journey, green teas, superfoods, etc. Recipes and videos inspire me to keep going and never turn back. So, for now, tempting colorful recipes would be life changing and later, when the baby is no longer nursing, a retreat will be at the top of my list. THANKS! Toni Moslemi

Hi Polly, I just think you are amazing! I am a training nutritionist / naturopath in New Zealand, with a long held belief that what you are doing is the BEST way to kick the Big C, especially long term. You are helping me, and so many others, just by lighting and guiding the way, and providing hope. You can change my life by keeping it up! You change many lives with your strength, courage and desire to educate. I wish you nothing but love and light on your journey, and thank you for all you do!

Hi Polly

I would love to know how to lower my blood sugar more naturally than taking medications as I am diabetic and the tablets have some nasty side effects. Would love to know if eating raw would help.

Jacqui x

polly December 7, 2011 at 10:50 am

Jacqui – raw can DEFINITELY help – check this out. xx

Rosie Campbell December 7, 2011 at 1:03 am

Hi Polly,
I would like more tips on going raw, like where are the best/cheapest places to buy raw and healthy staples and also where to avoid. I would also like some info on other well-being aspects like yoga and meditation. I do not really know where to start as there seems to be so many different types… A sort of beginners guide would be amazing! Lastly, any tips and tricks of how to fit raw into a busy lifestyle.!/Rosalita88/status/144218502507675648

Rosie Campbell December 7, 2011 at 1:06 am

Hi Polly, I am a 36 year old mum of 3 very active boys. I have recently been diagnosed with incurable cancer. A friend purchased your book as a gift for me. Its great & a real inspiration. I am trying to get new information on how to change the way I eat & lead my life. So I think having a one on one coaching is something I would benefit from. Its all very new too me, i am looking at all superfoods etc As i am writing this, its is all over the news how the way we lead our lives could help prevent cancer … Thank you for being such an inspirational person x

Fifi December 7, 2011 at 8:18 pm

Hey Polly, Congrats on your amazing year! You totally deserve it and I am so looking forward to reading your book. I think what would be wonderful for me would be a raw food demo day, definitely a retreat and some one to one time with you as I,d love to share info and ideas and I’m always interested to expand my knowledge. I also have a couple of ideas which may interest you. I already know and love Tea4Life (started by the super lovely Sam Corti) and DetoxYourWorld, I can also confirm raw cacoa is divine! I have tweeted about your fab comp but seem to be unable to find out how to send the link here – help! Hope I’m still in the comp as this prize would ne a lifesaver.

jackie izzard December 7, 2011 at 10:58 pm

Hi Polly

I would love a weekend retreat, I can’t think of anything I would like more right now. I would love to meet you. I have tried some of your recipes from your ebook and been impressed but find it hard to make the time to prioritise healthy living and to prepare them. Some one to one coaching would help me with that! Have a lovely Xmas and congratulations on your successful year!

WandaFish December 8, 2011 at 12:14 am

I looked at going raw a while ago but didn’t manage to do it. More health concerns have brought me back to try again and I’d love the chance to win one of your delicious sounding Christmas hampers – thank you!
I’d definitely benefit from a raw food workshop and wonder whether it would be possible to provide this at venues around the country?
Congratulations on your book launch and wishing you every success :)

Sarah Morris December 8, 2011 at 12:36 am

Hi Polly

I am excited about this competition. I have suffered badly with PMDD for most of my twenties and have been on anti-depressants. I would love to find an alternative way. I definitely don’t want to take medication for anxiety and depression much longer.

I think there is a lot of stigma attached to depression and nobody particularly understands ‘women’s trouble’ I would love some one on one life coaching and dietary advice in order to roll it out to other sufferers I am connected with through the relevant forums I contribute to.

I think good coping strategies and change to diet could all but eradicate most of the symptoms of PMDD and I want to really LIVE again instead of trundling along and getting by with this. I also believe by not getting to grips with it now, it could lead to other health related problems.

I would love your help to let me get control and make positive change.

Warm regards

Emma December 9, 2011 at 7:21 pm

Hi Polly
Hmmm, what would I like from you – for sure it would be help on introducing raw foods to my diet, I have no idea where to begin but know I would benefit hugely from doing this!
I’ve really enjoyed watching your journey this year, its been so exciting!
Hope to catch up with you again one day

ps. Have facebooked the competition ;o)

polly December 9, 2011 at 8:06 pm

Hey Emma, lovely to hear from you! You should come to one of my raw food classes! Hope to see you again soon. xx

Patchouli (Patrica Clark) December 9, 2011 at 7:57 pm

Thank you so much for your site Polly I love all your status updates especially the tips on nutrition and health.
After discovering and following you for a while I thought wow if you can heal your cancer with this diet I must be able to heal my M.E with it, so I brought a juicer in the January sales this year and I have not looked back. My Dad, after seeing the benefit of this diet on my health is going to upgrade me to a masticating juicer this Christmas so I can get even more health benefits out of my fruits and veggies. Thanks to the tips and advice I get on my wall from you I am getting better and better, although the shopping bill is getting higher and higher!!, but it is all completely worth it.
You are such an inspiration to me (and many others) and I thank the day I found you.
I would like some more recipes for raw meals please – I have all these ingredients now and unsure what to do with them apart from putting them in my smoothies!
Thank you xx

Rhiannon December 9, 2011 at 9:08 pm

Jennadene December 9, 2011 at 9:21 pm

What I really would like Polly, is all the above- I have been self educating for some time now, learning about raw and superfoods and I do need some guidence. I have raised 5 boys and well on my way to living a life designed by me!. I want to pay it forward with my family friends and anyone I stumble upon who will listen. Life is so worth living!

Jennadene December 9, 2011 at 9:29 pm

Kathy waterson December 9, 2011 at 10:39 pm

Hi Polly, only thing I can think of is recipes to encourage children, apart from that just keep up the brilliant work you are doing.

Lorna Clansey December 9, 2011 at 11:08 pm

Hi Polly,
I would love to attend a raw food workshop with you. I attended the talk in London and find the information that you shared fascinating and very inspiring. Thank you! I am an Amatsu practitioner and I’m always looking for ways in which to help my clients to embrace a fully vital and healthy life – you’ve given me a few more ideas!

kerry kennedy December 12, 2011 at 4:06 pm

I would love to learn more about retreats, I think here in the UK a lot of people would benefit from retreats that promote natural health and teach people how to keep the body clean and cleansed and steer away from processed foods. I don’t think there is enough widespread information available to people in the UK to learn of retreats that are around. With a combination of meditation, raw food tutorials, positive thinking tutorials all combined into one retreat, this would benefit many un-well people and show them how to cure themselves without the need of surgery or drugs. x

Tracy December 12, 2011 at 4:21 pm

Hi Polly, I know many people who have been on your workshops and they all say how fabulous you are and how much they have applied their learnings to everyday life…..I need to be on one of your workshops!

Stephanie December 12, 2011 at 4:37 pm

I would love to hear more about retreats and how I can help support my friend, who has recently been diagnosed with cancer, in any way that I can. lots of little tips for brighter living would be lovely. As she is new even to juicing the thought of going raw is quite scary. 😀 x

Emma December 12, 2011 at 6:18 pm

Motivation is what I really need! I have incurable cancer and really believe in the raw food diet and power of food healing, but after four years on non-stop treatment, I lack the motivation to get started. Perhaps coaching would help? x

polly December 12, 2011 at 6:42 pm

Hi Emma,

Welcome to the club! ;o) And just so you, know I don’t think anything is incurable! That’s just one big challenge! Coaching could definitely help….ill drop you some info and lets have a chat. xx

Sunita Choudhari December 13, 2011 at 6:32 pm

Dear Polly,

Wouldl really be nice to attend one of your raw food classes! Please can you organise some for early next year! This would really help me get to grips with the transition from cooked to raw and hopefully improve my health!
