To live your life as full of fresh air and sunshine, plenty of sleep and love, ripe whole food of every color of the rainbow. Give from your heart, all that you know and love to everyBODY you meet. The amazing transitions that people I coach is so motivating. When I hear from them weeks on, I just love their stories how all their family and friends are adopting a vegan diet and eating raw, following my site and facebook and trying the recipes that I have made. The juice cleansing programs and the retreats are so astonishing in the commitment from the Sexy raw Vegan Crew and the Cleansing renewal that the clients and retreat attendees journey through such an honor to be a part of it all. SRV means TURNING ON the world to a raw vegan diet, one sexy earthling at a time. Give love whenever possible; receive love with absolute gratitude, Namaste.

What is your favourite way to exercise and what would you recommend someone that really struggles to exercise regularly?
The combination of running, yoga and body weight exercises are such amazing training for me and I real enjoy the way I feel so empowered by each. Consistency in fitness is about habits. Finding the right studio, atmosphere or safe area to run is important for sense of well being. Fitness should be looked upon as a reward to get out and be free. Being so grateful that you can! Space should never be a factor when body weight training is always available and as challenging as you can make it. Your health is not only about food, using your body as it was meant to run jump and balance will make you whole.
