Raw desserts are where I first started with raw food – chocolate mousse was my particular favourite. I just thought it was amazing that I could make it from ingredients I had never considered putting together before…and it was good for me! Double Bonus! In this class I will be teaching the fundamentals of dessert making with cakes and cookies galore.

The highlight of the summer so far is without a doubt Polly’s raw food class. I’m not entirely new to raw but I get nervous when it comes to making some recipes. Not knowing how they are going to turn out, or what they are going to taste like, can be quite daunting but Polly shows you how it should be done with grace and humour.
