I am a UK based wellness writer, foodie & juice junkie. I'm a certified health coach and raw food coach passionate about helping people to take back the reins on their health and to eat and live consciously so that they can live a life they love.

I make contributions to many health magazines and wellness websites including The Huffington Post, MindBody Green, Passion Magazine and make regular appearances on BBC Radio.

I also love to get up and talk in front of people to inspire and motivate them to make positive changes in their life. Having had cancer twice before the age of 28, I was forced to evaluate my life and now I am keen to share the information I have learned from my studies at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and elsewhere. I believe that health and wellbeing can be maintained using a natural holistic approach which I lecture on regularly.
