I am a UK based wellness writer, foodie & juice junkie. I'm a certified health coach and raw food coach passionate about helping people to take back the reins on their health and to eat and live consciously so that they can live a life they love.
I make contributions to many health magazines and wellness websites including The Huffington Post, MindBody Green, Passion Magazine and make regular appearances on BBC Radio.
I also love to get up and talk in front of people to inspire and motivate them to make positive changes in their life. Having had cancer twice before the age of 28, I was forced to evaluate my life and now I am keen to share the information I have learned from my studies at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and elsewhere. I believe that health and wellbeing can be maintained using a natural holistic approach which I lecture on regularly.
I am co-author of "The Cancer Journey - Positive Steps To Help Yourself Heal" - the go-to handbook for anyone with a diagnosis, hailed by The Telegraph as 'an excellent book to read'. Available from www.thecancerjourneybook.com or Amazon.
Mission Statement...
To inspire others to live a happier and healthier life and to do everything in their power to achieve this in every moment so they can live a life they love.
Mottos:
Go green, get clean
Become a green juice junkie!

Hello Polly
I first heard you at the June 18th Event at the Royal Georgraphical Society where there were several rows standing! Hugely inspiring and I have passed on your tory to many.
Although 75 years of age I am keen to finish my days more towards your way of thinking. Already juicing which suits very well, I should like to attend one of your Raw Food Workshops. When are you planning the next one in Cambridge?
Many thanks
Betty
Dear Polly,
Are the dates for your empowerment live programme correct?
