Hi Polly,

I just came across your website & facebook page, it’s all very inspiring – love your videos 😉

I run raw workshops in Bristol and and am linked with the Nutriheal Foundation so often have people ask about workshops in different parts of the country. Do you hold your workshops in Cambridge? I’ll happily put a link to your website on my web if you would like me to recommend people to you.

I also sell raw choc & cakes online so if you know anyone who may be interested or are happy to mention my facebook fanpage to all your fans on twitter / facebook, here’s a link – http://www.annamiddleton.com/RAWSOME-.html
and of course I’ll do the same for you.

Take care & good luck with everything you are doing.
Love and light,
Anna :-)

Hi Polly. My heart leaped with delight when I read that you were doing a raw food workshop, and in Cambridge too (everything seems to be in London these days). So I was disappointed to realise that the date is one I cannot do. If you add any more dates I will be first in line to sign up so do let me know. Mel

Heidi February 9, 2011 at 12:13 pm

Hi Polly
I am so excited that you are doing a workshop I have tried on a few occasions to go raw but felt it hard to keep it up and ensuring I was having enough of the right stuff in my diet, I also have a family to look after and they have no interest in raw food so I have to keep cooking for them and I often eat something else like salad but then slip back into the bad lifetstyle as even my friends think I’m a bit mad!. So a workshop is just what I’m looking for the right information and to meet like minded people would be fabulous. I can’t wait thank you Heidi

Helen May 5, 2011 at 1:04 pm

Hi Polly,

Will you be running any more workshops in Cambridge soon? I’m very new to raw and would love to learn more recipes and venture further from salad!

Thank you

I have just attended Polly’s workshop and it was amazing. I am a Personal Trainer and I thought I knew a thing or two about healthy eating and what foods I need to help me keep active & energised. I would just like to say I know a hell of a lot more sitting in Polly’s workshop for 2 1/2 hours today then I have learnt in the last 4 yrs I have been in the Health & Fitness industry. I could relate to a lot of things Polly was explaining about the foods I ate as to how they affected my energy levels & left me feeling. Armed with this new knowledge I will be moving onwards and upwards to a happier & healthier me. If Polly can do this in this short amount of time whilst answering other peoples questions- queries and preparing food, imagine what you could gain on a one to one basis :) Amazing, fun & yummy recipe ideas (got to try all the things Polly made, they were delicious & so straight forward to make once you have the know how) – I cannot wait to make some of them for my friends tomorrow. It is also the first time in a long while I have enjoyed sweet treats without feeling guilty about it. There is so much more I can say but it is better for you to get yourself booked on a workshop to find out first hand. You will not regret it at all, worht every single penny and a whole lot more………….No more scrubbing saucepans for me, I’m off to get myself a food processor, blender and spiraliser (they are ace) – I cannot believe I just typed that, if it didn’t involve shoes I wouldn’t be excited about going shopping but I cannot wait. Thank you Polly so much :)

Sajida August 12, 2011 at 8:58 am

Hi Polly

When are your next raw food workshops? Also do you hold a waiting list?
As I would like to book 2 places.

polly August 12, 2011 at 9:03 am

Hi Sajida

I’ve had quite a few requests recently so think I will look at putting one on in September or October. Make sure you’re signed up to my newsletter as that is where I send out dates and reminders.

Look forward to meeting you

Polly x

I recently attended Polly’s “Beginners Guide to going more raw” workshop and would highly recommend it to others. Despite thinking I ate quite healthily, I have learned a lot this year, reading about food and nutrition and finding out about people like Polly who is incredibly knowledgeable and open to sharing what she has discovered.

The workshop was very informal and we were all comfortable to talk openly and ask questions. You get to try all of the dishes Polly prepares and will be very full by the end of the day!

The best thing about Polly’s approach is that she recognises that we are all different and offers practical advice and alternatives to suit different needs and lifestyles. At the very least this workshop will make you think about what you eat and what effect it may be having on your body.

Hi Polly,

My mum was recently diagnosed with Breast cancer all over for the 2nd time. As can be expected the family is devastated and we are now looking at ways to improve her chances as well as change our lifestyles too. I saw you on the Wright Stuff too and was insired by your positivity. I’m waiting for one of your Raw Food workshops to come to London this year so i can bring my mum.

Rhona Colquhoun January 23, 2012 at 10:22 am

Hi Polly
Been reading up on your blog etc and been very inspired. To say the least! I live in London and wondered if you ever did one on one raw food coaching/lessons? I would be really interested if this was something you were able to do? If not, when is the next London one?
I am really into my juicer and green smoothies but need to take it to the next level now…. and mentally I think it could help with a lot of things…

Thank you,
Love Rhona

Joyce Reynolds January 29, 2013 at 3:10 pm

Hi Polly

I was recommended to contact you by a colleague here at the office, Jenny Potter. She gave me some insite into your cancer walk. I was diagnosed with both breast cancer and lymphoma in Feb 2010 and just feel I am reaching the light at the end of the tunnel. It has been a long tunnel. Lol! After a recent PET/CT scan recently they found a thyroid nodule which I had removed last week and fortunately it was not malignant. Although I work with a corporate law firm I did qualify as both nutritionist and herbalist which has truly sustained me in these two years. Like yourself, I am passionate about sharing about both my experience and the vital role of nutrition and healthy living in order to encourage fellow sufferers. I would be interested to join one of your raw food workshops – I live in Billericay and wonder where you normally hold them other than Cambridge?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kidn regards

Joyce Reynolds

polly January 31, 2013 at 8:34 pm

Hi Joyce, most of my classes are in Cambridge but I will look at doing some more in London again this year so make sure you sign up to my newsletter so you are notified of upcoming classes. Thanks so much and wishing you the best of health. xxx

Leana Lebish February 7, 2013 at 1:18 pm

Hi Polly,
I wonder if you could tell me where the workshop is on 2nd march, is it Cambridge please and if so where abouts? I would be very interested in coming. I’m only 33 and was diagnosed with cancer last year, I’ve had surgery on my liver 3 weeks ago and am having surgery on my bowel and spleen on 5th march. I’ve read the book that you co wrote ‘the cancer journey’ and found it very interesting and useful! I’m keen to learn more about raw foods and the benefits of eating them. Thank you. Leana.

polly February 7, 2013 at 1:33 pm

Hi Leana, Im sorry to hear about your diagnosis and Im so glad my book has been helpful to you. The class on the 2nd is in Hauxton, Cambridge as is the Beginners class on 16th March.I know you are having surgery on 5th March but I think my beginners class on 16th might suit you better if you are new to raw food. Obviously it depends on how you feel and if you are able to get out of bed etc so it’s totally up to you. (The environment at my class is super chilled but fun, is on the ground floor and doesn’t require you to exert yourself (neither classes do infact). You are more than welcome to come to the 2nd class and if you’re open to it, I have a spot available for some 1 on 1 coaching as Im sure you must have lots of questions you’d like answered! If so, drop me an email info@pollynoble.com and we can get you booked in. With love Polly xxx

Leana Lebish February 7, 2013 at 1:40 pm

Hi Polly,
Wow, thanks for the really quick response! I looked at 16th and think it would suit me better but don’t think I’ll be up to coming to the workshop that close after my surgery. Do you think you might have any similar classes coming up in the not too distant future? Thanks leana.

Lynn North September 13, 2013 at 10:55 pm

Hi.Polly. Do you have any workshop dates in Devon?

polly September 17, 2013 at 5:05 pm

No Lynn, Im afraid not. But if you jump on this list, you’ll be the first to know when my next events are http://pollynoble.com/events-and-workshops/
