Polly, what juicer do you recommend and why?
There are two types of juicers; masticating & centrifugal. I always recommend a masticating juicer as the nutrient quality is much higher than when made in a centrifugal juicer which many juicers on the market are. Juices made with centrifugal juicers don’t provide as good a quality and cant be stored as long as they tend to separate but the advantage is that you can stick bigger fruits in without chopping so much. Do you offer one to one coaching?
I no longer offer one to one coaching, however I have created The Conscious Life Guide which is my signature coaching program and includes everything I would teach you if you were to work with me on a one to one basis. I have read your article “10 Things I did to heal my lymphedema” and am implementing the tips but where can I get more support or information?
