I Believe..

I believe in the power of green food.

I believe in the power of positivity.

I believe our cells store painful memories which can cause “dis-ease” within the body.

I believe that we were born knowing everything and spend our lives trying to remember and fulfil the “promise” we made.

I believe in the power of living breathing sprouts.

I believe the body can heal itself if you feed it well.

I believe that we can manifest whatever we desire when we get clear and connected.

I believe that you can cry and still be strong.

I believe that love is what we are.

I believe that kindness is the only way.

I believe in listening closely to the body and giving it what it needs.

I believe that we know what is best for our bodies.

I believe that our bodies need to maintain an acid-alkaline balance for optimum health.

Hi Polly, was directed to your site via Suzy Greaves and found it amazing. My husband is living with cancer – after 3 attempts to cut it out – and although he will not give up on conventional treatment we are assisting his journey with good food and supplements. When his illness began I started searching for alternatives and became so interested I started to study nutrition (am now in my final year)a part time course which I’m trying to fit in alongside a meaningless (by the day) full time job. Through my course I’ve dabbled with raw food and now am trying to make it a staple part of our diet, so I was really interested to come across your site and will be a regular follower – although I’m meant to be studying not browsing the internet! I wish you well with your journey and look forward to hearing more. x

Hi Polly I was listening to your interview with Hannah today on talk radio. My husband, Alan died of cancer 3.5 years ago, after fighting the battle for the previous three years.. I only wish I could have convinced him of the value of natural foods. My passion is to teach people about their bodies and what eating the right foods can do to eliminate illness. Sadly it is an uphill struggle. Only when people become ill do they suddenly wake up to this fact.. but the medics just keep on giving them the pills. Sorry on my soap box….I always thought we ate good food until I embarked several years ago on my first nutrition course and only then did I realise what I know you could put on a postage stamp. I went on to do 8 courses back to back, it kept me sane during Alan’s illness. Of course I also learned so much which made me decide this is the area I want to be in.. I am at a cross roads at the moment but I truely believe my area of expertise has to be food and what it can do for our bodies against the dis-eases that we have in the modern world.. Sorry I am going on, but I am sure this is not the only contact you have from people saying similar things…. Like you I know I can help others with the understanding of food, mediation, positive thinking, creative visualisation etc…. Again listening to you talking to Hannah has made me more determined than ever , thank you Polly… take care and stay strong Jeanx ps I do a monthy talk with Hannah and it is on nutrition and food.

Hi Polly
Fighting the battle against cancer for three years now and am not feeling so well recently. More tumours in my neck ( had thyroid removed as primary) and I am told that the tumour pressing hard against my throat is inoperable.

My wife and I are on the juicer every day trying to stack the odds in our favour. Just broke the juicer and am about to buy the one you recommend.

Is there anything in the juice range you could suggest for pain in the neck?.

Hi Raymond,
Im sorry to hear that. There are lots of things you can do to stack the odds in your favour – all of which is detailed in my book The cancer Journey which gives you info on how and what to eat, why the foods you may have been eating might have contributed to your illness and how to deal with side effects, amongst much much more. http://www.thecancerjourneybook.com
Great news that you’re juicing – I LOVE my matstone. Its quiet, easy to use and clean. We can probably get your juicer to you in the next few days if you place your order soon. I hope that helps? Polly http://pollynoble.com/store/masticating-juicers/matstone-juicer/
