Hi Polly
Absolutely loving your website – amazing work but I’m sure you know that already!
I’d like to order the 7 day raw food beginners guide but can’t seem to pay for it?? The link takes me direct to my pay pal account but seems to get stuck. Is there a better way to do this?
Thanks and best wishes
Nikki
Hi Polly, I’m interested in your E-Book, but would really like a “real” book to own. Any recommendations please?
Thanks
Hi Claire,
If you are just starting out, Ani Phyo’s “Ani’s Raw Food Essentials” which is on the right hand side bar in the book wheel is great, as is Judita Wignalls “Going Raw”. (Not on book list but will be just as soon as i get around to updating it ;o)
Hope that helps!

Hi Polly!
I’m an IIN student and found you through there. I live in the US, east coast and am new to raw food living. I love your site and I am so glad that you are finding health through nurturing yourself and your body rather than through the toxicity of chemo! My neighbor has been enduring one form of chemo or another for going on two years now and I am so sad for her! She spends so much time not feeling well. I recently gave her Kris Carr’s book, Crazy Sexy Diet and she is actually considering trying some of it–yay!!!
Your 7 day raw planner book looks great – it is an e-book, yes? Do you know the exchange rate? How much is it in US dollars? I am really interested as I am loving the recipes that you have posted on your site. Please let me know when you have a minute.
All the best,
Susan
Hi Susan,
Welcome and thanks for finding me! CSD and Kris Carr are awesome – so glad your neighbour is up for trying some new stuff!
Yes it is an ebook, downloadable. The book in USD is approx $23. There are some really fab recipes in there (even if i do say so myself!) – im going to post some more pics this afternoon. Hope you like it ;o)

Hi Polly,
Is the 7 day Raw Food Planner included in the 7 day Kick Start programme, or do you have to purchase it separately?
Cheers
Candy
Hi Candy
The 7 Kickstart ebook is included in the program so no need to purchase separately.
Hope to speak with you soon!
Polly
Hi Polly,
I just wanted to drop you a note to say that I’ve just finished your 7 day raw programme and I loved every minute of it. I have had so much more energy and have a new found love for vegetables – who knew they could be so tasty
. I’ve been blogging about it via my website in order to encourage more people to eat raw, and you can see it on my blog page http://www.neveralone.org.uk/gemmas-blog.
Thank you so much and I’m looking forward to continuing to eat raw and juice
.
Take care

Hi Polly
I’m loving the recipes in the ebook, however, the juices/smoothies for breaskfast aren’t really feasible for me. I get up at 6am for work, and live with lucky postgrad students whose body clock is set somewhat later than mine. In exchange for them shutting up post 11.30, I have to maintain church mouse-like silence of a morn.
Can you suggest a solution to this please? I do hope so!
Many thanks
Amy
Hi Amy
SO glad you are enjoying it. I hear you on the quiet as a mouse thang so I would suggest making juices/smoothies the night before when you can be as noisy as you want and putting them in an airtight glass jar with as little oxygen as possible and store in the fridge until the morning. Try also adding a touch of lemon juice to help preserve them.
Hope that helps!

Hi Polly, I got my book yesterday and I have to say it looks fab!! Just want I was looking for, something to tell me what to do without me having to think to hard. The layout is wonderful and very user friendly. Best wishes, Julia
hello Polly
can you answer a couple of questions before I order your & day kick start book?
Do I need to buy a dehydrator? Do I need to buy a juice maker or will a blender be enough to get started? I am also worried about calorie intake. I don’t need to loose weight so will I get enough daily calories from this diet?
Thanks Polly
Best Wishes
Peter
Hi Peter
No you don’t need a dehydrator for any of the recipes at all. You don’t need a juicer but if you want to incorporate juices into your regime and life, then a juicer will be helpful but you can get away with not using one. Where juices are listed (there are only two from memory, you can just make a smoothie instead.) Re calorie intake, you shouldn’t lose masses amount of weight, infact you might not lose any. If you’re concerned about that, just add in more avocados and nuts to snacks and mealtimes.
I hope you enjoy!
Polly
