Wow! What a year! I have taught over 13 raw food classes this year and over 120 people on how to get started with eating more raw living food (and that was only between March and November!). Hi polly,
Is there a good substitute for algarve syrup in your recipes as I’ve been told its not so great.
Also I try to avoid too much sugar for the adrenals – I wondered how much sugar (even though obviously natural and better) is in the recipes when they have a lot Of dried fruits?

Yes i prefer good quality maple syrup or raw honey. Im updating my ebook and recipes to reflect this change as I agree about agave syrup not being the best. x x
