Wow – what an inspiration! You seem to be someone who is facing adversity full on and without a shred of fear. I hope to go RAW next week!

Good luck on your healing journey…..

Polly, do you have a book with these recipies in?
Thanks, Clairexxx

Hi Claire

I’m working on a book at the moment but the majority of these recipes can be found under the recipes section of this site or in my RAW24 programme. The “Popeye Salad”, “Stir Fry (raw)”, “Burger” and “Pasta” are in the RAW24 book, the chocolate brownie on this site and the bread in the free recipes.
Hope that helps!
Polly x

Hi Polly, so glad to have found your site, I went 70-80% raw about 18 months ago, then I fell in to temptation of cooked food again, I am inspired and fully motivated again, I have just had your delicious Kale salad , and am just about to make the raspberry ripple ice cream! I know how good I felt when eating mostly raw, I am looking forward to trying all your recipes, and will be first in the shop when your book is available, wishing you health and happiness, thank you, Lesley. xxx
