Lurch Spiralizer
I LOVE my spiralizer! When I discovered this little contraption, my life literally changed! Eating a predominantly raw diet, certain veggies and ways of making meals can get boring. But now that I have this, I can make veggie “pasta” and all sorts of different meals with different textures. One of my favourite things to do is spiralize turnip (yes I know turnip sounds weird but it actually doesn’t taste of anything and makes a brilliant raw “pasta”) or courgette and combine with my Pad Thai sauce for an awesome and filling meal.
So this is how it works…
The Spirali Spiralizer holds fruit and vegetables for horizontal feed into the spial licer or spaghetti blades, allowing the operator to easily apply pressure on produce with a separate feed handle as it goes through any one of the three modular stainless steel blades.
It makes spiral shapes and ‘spaghetti’ from most firm fleshed fruit and vegetables. The ingenious design allows for fast, easy assembly and compact storage when not in use. It’s easy to clean and the suction feet keep it all stable when you wind the handle assembly across on its smooth runner guides. It makes 3mm and 5mm noodle shapes and spiral slicers. There is no ‘Angel Hair’ blade for fine noodle shapes. Finer blades are only suitable for firm ingredients and not for softer vegetabes like courgettes.
Now you’ll probably not find these online with postage included for any cheaper than £33 / £34 so as a gift for you I have made it as affordable as possible for you at £27 plus P+P.
